2. In the extracted Microsoft.RushHD_1.1718.3600.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe directory, run InstallApp.exe
3. The app will now be registered. If you receive an error about DLC packages registering you may ignore this error: Registering any existing DLC packages…failed!
4. YOU MUST start the game from the START MENU; NOT THE .EXE!
5. The game will start and you will be prompted to select a save directory.
6. Play!
